Pastoral Reports

Denn reported on his various activities since our last meeting.

A number of new families who have started attending both sites were mentioned.

Reports were presented from Pastor Stefan, and Pastor Marilyn.

Meeting Highlights

Building Care

Denn reported that the exterior painting would begin soon at Gatehouse and that there was a small warranty claim for the siding at Gatehouse. This is estimated to be approximately $377.00.

New sound panels have been placed in the lobby area at Windgate.

Membership

It was moved that Pat Sova be accepted into membership.
