Pastoral Reports

Denn reported on his various activities since our last meeting.

A number of new families who have started attending both sites were mentioned.

Reports were presented from Pastor Stefan, Pastor Marilyn and Pastor Rob

Meeting Highlights

Building Care

Denn reported that the exterior painting and parking lot projects had been completed at Gatehouse, a new bulletin board and a rain gutter over one heat pump are planned for Windgate.


Membership

It was moved that Bonnie Kostal, Marlene Locke, Emma Watson, Jim Lush, Glenda Lush be accepted into membership.

Christmas Project

Denn presented the idea of raising funds to complete the blood donor clinic at the Wesleyan Hospital in La Gônave, Haiti. Other churches will be asked to match our donation.
