Denn reported on his various activities since our last meeting.

Meeting Highlights

Building Care

Denn reported that the renovations to the ladies' bathroom at Gatehouse were completed, along with the rain gutter over the heat pump at Windgate.

We had planned to have the septic at Windgate pumped, but could not locate the tanks. Will look at it in the spring.


Update

Denn updated the team on progress on the blood bank offering and the Fall Festival.

Mortgage Rate Increase

Denn advised the team that we have been notified by Wesleyan Investment that there will be an increase to our mortgage rate in April. The team asked Denn to provide information on what was left owing on the two mortgages.
