Pastoral Reports

Denn reported on his various activities since our last meeting.

Reports were presented from Pastor Stefan, Pastor Marilyn and Pastor Rob

Meeting Highlights

Building Care

Denn reported that some of the heat pumps at Windgate had been repaired under warranty and that shingles that had blown off had been repaired.

It was moved to accept Clifford Hawkins quote for the repair of the Gatehouse roof.

Staffing Item

It was moved to offer Marilyn Mansvelt a part-time postion as Women’s Pastor, and Silje van Gooswilligen a part-time position as Children’s Pastor. Both positions will begin in July.

Our custodian, Carter Rice, will move to Ontario to pursue further education and has given his notice for April 30th. Denn is pursuing options for a replacement for both the custodian and lawn care positions.
