Cornerstone Connections Stay Connected. Grow Together. All Things Cornerstone.

Hi, thanks for reading Cornerstone Connections! This will take a couple of minutes to read or skim, but you can come back and reference it all week long.

ON SUNDAY:

Gatehouse:

• Time: 10:30 a.m. (In-person & Online)
• Scripture: Ephesians 5:15–20
• Scripture Reading: Aileen M
• Greeters: David and Carolyn S

Windgate:

• Time: 10:30 a.m. (in-person)
• Scripture: Ecclesiastes 3:1-11; Romans 12:1-2
• Scripture Reading: Jim B
• Greeter: Jonathan F

This is the first Sunday of the month, so don’t forget your Chunky Soup/Evaporated Milk for Beacon House. We will be celebrating Communion in both services.

Serving is not just something we do at church; it is part of how we are the church. Through your faithfulness, people are welcomed, cared for, and given space to encounter Jesus.

Thank you for your joyful yes. Your service matters deeply, and it makes a difference more than you know.

 Read Scripture More

If you’ve been wanting to reconnect with Scripture, this is a great place to begin.

We’re reading through the New Testament together in a simple 5-day-a-week rhythm that takes about 10 minutes a day. It’s flexible, realistic, and easy to jump back into if life gets busy.

Start, or restart, today at www.hfx.church/readmore

Paper reading plans are available at the welcome booth.

As we read God’s Word together, we grow deeper in faith and stronger in community.
