 Pray for The Philippines

On Sunday, an earthquake measuring 7.8 struck the Philippines; a number of our Wesleyan churches were destroyed, and we have several folks from Cornerstone who have family in the Philippines. Please be praying for safety and for the opportunity to be a witness to their communities. World Hope Canada will be providing emergency aid; if you wish to donate, simply go to https://www.hfx.church/giving, Indicate the Philippines, and we can get it directly to World Hope.

CS Kids Celebration

CS Kids' Families and Volunteers - Sunday, June 21st, we will have our annual End of School/Beginning of Summer celebration day - Gatehouse location.

For all of our children. Special activities for the nursery children. Children aged 3 years through Grade 6 will be in the Children's Centre for the morning.

Games, music, a craft and a special slideshow of shared Kids' Ministry moments over the years.

Treats to eat and a special cake to share with the children and all of our CS Kids' volunteers. (So volunteers, please, stop by even if you aren't on the roster for the 21st)If the weather is suitable, some of our activities will be outside, so volunteers who are on the roster and children, dress appropriately.) We hope to see as many of you as possible!!

Graduation Sunday

We will be taking time to recognize and pray for our High School Graduates at both locations on June 21st. 

Baptism Sunday

We are planning a baptism service on June 21st at our Gatehouse location. If you are a Christ Follower but have never followed Him into the waters of baptism, this is the time. For more details, contact Pastor Stefan, stefan@hfx.church

Gilbert Family Goodbye
