Bethlehem Live is returning on November 29, 2025, and we need your help to bring the wonder of Jesus’ birth to life for our community. This unique, immersive walk-through experience takes guests back to that holy night and we need you to make it happen!
Whether you're comfortable in costume or prefer working behind the scenes, there's a place for you in Bethlehem.
We Need You!
Volunteer Roles Needed:
- Cast Members – portray Mary, Joseph, shepherds, angels, Magi, townspeople, and Roman soldiers.
- Set Designers & Builders – help create our Bethlehem marketplace, stable, and surrounding scenes.
- Hospitality Team – welcome guests, and care for our volunteers.
- Parking & Security – ensure guests have a safe, smooth arrival and experience.
- Costumes & Makeup – assist cast with period-appropriate dress and light makeup.
- Prayer & Spiritual Support – cover the event in prayer and be available for spiritual conversations.
- Event Planners – help coordinate logistics and volunteer scheduling.
- Photography/Media Team – capture the beauty of the event for future outreach.

Location: Cornerstone Church, Gatehouse Campus
Time Commitment: Varies by role; training and prep meetings will be provided in advance.
